UzaKart Cash on Delivery (COD) Agreement

By selecting Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

2. Order Confirmation: Your order will be processed and shipped only after verification of your details, including delivery address and contact information. UzaKart reserves the right to cancel or reject COD orders if the provided information cannot be verified.
3. Delivery Responsibility: You are responsible for being available or arranging for an authorized person to receive the order at the provided delivery address. If no one is available to receive and pay for the order, the delivery may be rescheduled, and additional charges may apply.
4. Order Inspection: You may inspect the package for visible damage before making the payment. However, opening or using the product(s) before payment is not permitted unless explicitly allowed by the delivery personnel.
